HUNTING SEASON IS IN
  We are in the time of year where the trails are shared with the Cooperative Wildlife Management Plan/Hunting Program.

As a convenience to our members, the enclosed calendars should help to remind trail users of various limitations. As indicated in the "Guide To Trails" publication that includes aerial maps:
Calendar for Gillis Falls and Union Mills
Calendar Morgan Run

Union Mills: From September 1 through February 15 the trails are closed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Trails are completely closed for two weeks for Firearm Deer Season beginning the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Gillis Falls: From September 1 through February 15 the trails are closed on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Trails are completely closed for two weeks for Firearm Deer Season beginning the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Piney Run (undeveloped area) – Trails are open 7 days a week, sunrise to sunset.

Morgan Run Natural Environment Area – Trails are open 7 days a week, 7:00 a.m. until sunset. Hunting is allowed in the area at various times. For more information contact Patapsco Valley State Park Headquarters, 410-461-5005.

Liberty Reservoir/Prettyboy Reservoir: Trails are open 7 days a week, sunrise until sunset. Hunting is allowed in the area at various times.
